Samuel Bacharach is the McKelvey-Grant Professor Emeritus at Cornell University and Director of the Smithers Institute. Bacharach has spent his career researching and consulting with large organizations on negotiation and organizational politics. He has published numerous books on leadership, the political dynamics of complex organizations, and on negotiation and is the author of popular eCornell courses on: Leading for Creativity and Innovation, Negotiation Skills, and Leading Organizational Change.
