Women’s leadership is desired to help guide public sector needs. In Malaysia, at least 10 leadership characteristics are thought to be necessary for women to make this transformation according to Dr. Zeti, first woman central banker and one of the few in the world today.

She says:

“While there is still a glass ceiling, as we advance forward into the future, the foundations are already in place for women to advance forward into leadership positions.”
