When people discuss leadership they usually conclude that some measure of charisma is needed to get people on your side. They think of inspirational, passionate, and persuasive leaders on podiums or sitting at the head of the boardroom.
I briefly argue in the following Podcast that charisma is just not enough
Leadership, in the final analysis, is about the nuts-and-bolts skills of mobilizing people around your ideas. It’s about the skills of moving your agendas and sustaining momentum.
