News: BacharachBlog is getting a much needed make-over

Churchill PhotoOver the past week I’ve put the pen down and have been working on  a redesign for the blog.

I’m going to sharpen the blog’s scope and philosophy as well as create a more interactive home page. So far it’s looking really good.

We’re going to start to look at people and leaders and their proactive capacity–the ability to move agendas and plans.

It’s about time for some change. After all, “There is nothing wrong with change, if it’s in the right direction.” (Churchill)
